Because of my dad and grandfather, I started playing golf young. I've heard stories that my dad would return from business trips when I was only 2 or 3 years old and I would be waiting in the golf card for him to take me out to hit the range. Always competitive, I slowly rose through the junior and college golf ranks. By the time I graduated from the University of Virginia, the World Amateur Golf ranking placed me in the top 10 in the world among amateur golfers. I turned professional in the fall of 2017 and gained status on the PGA Tour's Korn Ferry Tour (formerly known as the Web.com tour) through Q-school. From 2017 through 2023, I maintained full status on that tour while closely missing my PGA card. Finally, in June of 2023 during my 120th start, I won and secured my PGA card.

I consider golf the platform that the Lord has given me to impact the world for His glory. While I am thankful to make a living competing at golf, I want to give back and use this profession to give back to the world around me. I would not be able to fulfill my PGA TOUR dream without the help of family, friends and all who have supported me. For that reason, I am involved in multiple charities in Tampa, Jacksonville and around the world. My passion is BirdiesforHope, which I hope to become my foundation. Right now, I partner with International Cooperating Ministries to build churches and hope centers worldwide. Since 2020, we have helped fully fund and construct 9 churches and hope centers in Colombia and Panama. On the BirdiesforHope page, you can learn more!

I graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a degree in Finance and Marketing. I spend time in Tampa, FL and Jacksonville, FL while practicing out of a private golf community in North Tampa named Avila. My favorite hobbies include reading, training in the gym, pickleball, competing at just about anything, and playing piano.
Birdies For Hope
In January of 2020, I started BirdiesforHope with the hope that it would turn into my foundation. We started by partnering with International Cooperating Ministries to build churches and hope buildings for communities without a place of worship. For every birdie I have made in a PGA Tour sanctioned event since 2020, I donate $10 to BirdiesforHope. I would love to partner with you in this process.
We have now completed construction on 8 Church/Hope Center buildings and have fully funded 9 separate projects in Colombia and Panama. We have also begun sending funds to churches and hope centers in Ukraine and Russia in need or repair due to the ongoing war.
In order to build these churches and hope centers, I partnering with International Cooperating Ministries and the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay. ICM works with local congregations that already have the land to build churches and hope centers in third world countries. The buildings provide both a place of worship on Sunday and they serve as town halls, local hospitals, schools, bakeries, sowing shops and even orphanages during the week. All day, every day, they are open serving their community. With me, you will be helping to bring hope to an entire village!
I have especially been impacted by the ICM organization. This organization has helped build a church in honor of my adopted little sister, Theresa Maylei, within 10 miles of her birthplace in China.
Thanks to your generous donations, we have recently fully-funded the Puerto Del Cielo Church project in Panama. Our first church project outside of Colombia, this congregation has been meeting since 1999 without a place to call home. Praise God we were able to help with this. It amazes me how God can answer the prayers of His people in a small village through a professional sport on the other side of the globe!
We are currently fundraising for the San Rafael Church in Antioquia, Colombia.. This church congregation has the land and labor, but needs our help to purchase materials. They have a membership of 60 adults and 10 children. They are excited to use this new building to teach the Word of God, and serve their community.
Will you parter with me in donating 1, 5, 10, 20 dollars per birdie in 2023 for this great cause? Any amount will make a difference! You can pledge now or give a one time donation below.
Update: The 2023 Korn Ferry Tour Season has now concluded. My total birdie count on the season is 325!
